Terms of Service

Last updated: June 27, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Azaance Wallet you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Non-custodial service

Azaance is software that lets you generate, store, and use self-custody crypto wallets. You — and only you — control your private keys, seed phrase, and funds. We never have access to them. Loss of your seed phrase means permanent loss of funds; we cannot help recover them.

3. No financial advice

Azaance is a tool, not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial advisor. Nothing in the app constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice. Crypto assets are volatile and may lose all value.

4. Fees

A 0.8% platform fee is applied transparently on send and swap operations and is shown before you confirm any transaction. Blockchain network gas fees are separate and paid to validators, not to Azaance.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to use Azaance to facilitate illegal activity, sanctioned-party transactions, money laundering, or fraud, or in any jurisdiction where self-custody wallets are prohibited.

6. No warranty

Azaance is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the availability of any blockchain network.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azaance and its operators are not liable for any loss of funds, data, profit, or opportunity arising from your use of the app or from blockchain network events.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
